Our community was built in the early 1980s by Ryan Homes. Beautifully nestled on tree-lined streets, our development features 59 two-bedroom townhouses with a various design mix of front and rear-entry garage units. Club Shadows II is superbly located less than six miles south of downtown Pittsburgh in the Borough of Whitehall, just off Route 51, also known as Saw Mill Run Blvd. Our quiet, peaceful, convenient setting is close to The Shoppes at Caste Village and Brentwood Towne Square.
Please note: 16 of the townhouses on Shadowlawn Dr. (house numbers 116, 118, 120, 122, 124, 126, 143, 145, 147, 149, 151, 153, 155, 157, 159 & 161), as you enter the neighborhood from Provost Rd., are considered "Club Shadows III," which is governed by its own homeowners' association. ​All townhouses on Shadow Dr, on the opposite side of Provost Rd, are considered Club Shadows I, which is also governed by its own homeowners' association.
